Bubba Mat Play Mat

We absolutely love this mat! It is perfect for my 5 month old twins and their older brother who is 6. It’s big enough to leave our double play gym out with enough room to play or for my son to eat his breakfast without spilling it on the carpet!! This is going to be well loved over the years to come I can tell now :)

I purchased this for my 2nd baby to put I the playpen. Not only is it thick and fun prints on 2 sides. It get for baby to crawl on and learning to stand and if they fall on their bottom its cushioned. I love how thick and cushioning it is and easy to clean as well. A must for everyone with a child.

After many mats I have to say this is the most practical mat for a baby /toddler and I love how they have 2 sides. Moderns designs, super easy to clean up and looks great it every space!

I've had the bubba mat for a couple of weeks now. I'm so pleased with it. We first discovered them 8 years ago at a baby fair. I ordered one on ebay, only to realise it was a knock off of the original product once it arrived. I have had a few other branded kids mats over the years, too. I thought they were pretty good. But now that I finally have the bubba mat, I'm so cross I didn't just get one in the beginning. It's heavier than it's competitors, and denser. The material sticks to the floor and doesn't move as easily, even on carpet. That was definitely an issue with the competitors. Our last mat would move constantly as the children played on it. I'd be pushing it back against the wall and reconfiguring the toys, constantly. We decided on the urban playmat. It's the one with a town map on one side and a grey neutral print on the other. I knew my two year old would love the cars side, but I am not one for displaying colourful kiddy pictures. So we use the mat with the grey side, then flip it up when he asks to play with his cars. The only thing I'd say was odd, is that the pattern on the town road side is repeated several times. So the same buildings appear. It spoils the fun and I would have preferred a large single print.

Recently starting using the Bubba Play Mat and its a fantastic quality mat. Heavy and durable yet very soft under foot. I have a play pen for my little one and the mat is the perfect flooring for him. Cleaning: simply wipe or vacuum. Would highly recommend this brand of mat for any bubbas.

I bought this mat on the Sydney Pregnancy Babies & Children's Expo. I have to say this mat is expensive but great quality. It's cushioned for baby to prevent injury when falling over on a hard surface. This product is great for tummy time. It hasn't got the foam smell as well, definitely safe for the baby. Baby can eat on the mat as well, very easy to clean, just need to give it a wipe, no stain or anything what so ever on the mat. They have got lots of patterns to choose from. Some are educational patterns, a great way to teach your baby alphabets. I am in love with the mat. If you can wait buy it from the expo, it works out to be cheaper.

Recently we purchased this for our daughters and it’s super thick making it super safe for little ones to play on. It is also double sided so that you can change up the print. It’s an excellent size and very durable. We have heavy wooden kids furniture on it and it does not dent or leave marks. Love that you can simply wipe any spills with a wipe.

This soft mat is not just an ordinary mat but an all around one. I got the ‘studio’ design — one side has a chic grey & white linen design that will look great in any room of the house; the other half features colorful & modern alphabet, numbers, and shapes set design that will really attract and stimulate the minds of your babies — really modern and functional design at the same time. Huge enough for not only the bub but the whole family to use. Quality is impeccable. The mat is huge (get the standard or the large size if you got the space for it) soft and cushioned very well so you know that your bub is comfortable. Non-toxic and safe to use so you’ll be sure that no harmful stuff will go into your bub. The memory foam pops back up even when deformed or sat on a long time or been folded. For us busy moms, this is a huge plus - easy to clean! I just wipe using any baby wipes or toy cleaner spray and it’s good to go! It’s a bit on the expensive side but with all the features it has... it is worth every penny!!!

I love the bubba mat. We have one at my mums house for when we go to visit. It's so nice and thick and squishy so bubs can't bang their heads or anything. Great to use in tiles and floorboards. I love the designs too. The only down side is it's quite expensive but it is definately something you will have for many years.

We got the bubba mat before the birth of our first child. We were a bit sad to say goodbye to our beautiful jute rug that we knew would be too scratchy to put the baby on. We ordered the chevron pattern to match our decor. Since getting this matt we haven't looked back its been amazing! It's nice and thick and soft which makes it great for tummy time, playtime and even for mum to do yoga on! In the toddler years it's great to send your child to eat something messy or play play dough on the matt because it's so easy to clean! I always recommend this as a baby shower present to my friends having a baby as we feel it's one of our essential baby items!

Bought this last month and the quality really is superb. It is a plus because there are two different designs on each side of the mat. It is also big enough when the bub is already crawling and have lots of toys out; or if the bub is still a newborn, you and your bub will definitely fit inside the mat especially when you need to do tummy time or just bond with him. The price for the quality is not bad at all because I’ve seen and tested some others that are not at par to this quality but has the same price or even more expensive. Easy to clean is also a ++, just use wipes (any wipes or preferably the wipes you are using to clean your bubs face and hands). This product is highly recommended from me.

This was gifted to me when I was caring for my niece. It was the perfect present! So easy to clean and mop up mess! Just wipe away and it's as good as new! Beautiful range of mats that come in a variety of colours and patterns so you can pick the one that best suits your style. Colourful and stimulating they are always the centrepiece for the baby playroom. I received many comments from family and friends in relation to this mat. It has lasted for many years, wear and tear resistent factor is excellent and the quality is evident. Highly recommended! Practical, purposeful and pretty!

This product is a must have and lasts for ages. We used it when my son was newborn to place his play gym on, do tummy time and for general play. He's 3.5 now and still uses it. We're also looking forward to using it again for our next Bub. It's soft and comfy to sit on, and wipes clean with one wipe. Especially easy to clean if you have a vomity bub or during toilet training times!!! Overall it's a brilliant product!!!

I have had my bubba mat for over 6 years now and still absolutely love it . I have used it for my first two children and about to use it for my third child . It still looks as good as new. I love how soft it is and how well it has worn.It is so easy to clean and wipe down and I absolutely love all the patterns and colours. I would highly recommend this Play mat to any new mums.

I bought this for my first child 3 years ago and use it everyday. I now have a 6 month old who uses it too. This product has been fantastic for the whole family for when we play games, when i exercise or just the kids playing and rolling around on it. It has certainly been great to have with babies learning to sit up, as we know kids fall down alot but this definitely softens the blow. The colourful patterns look great but the only issue i had was loosing toys on it, they just blend in with the mat; so i often stand on them. I would recommend this product to all parents because it is durable and lasts for years.

I ordered a bubba mat because we lived in an apartment and whatever play mat I got was going to have to replace our rug because there was no other room. I chose this brand because they actually look amazing and I didn't want my home to look like a kinder! The only problem was it took over three months to arrive... the company had some shopping issues and was very apologetic but to be honest, if the mat hadn't turned out to be so excellent I would have been pretty annoyed. But it IS EXCELLENT. It looks great, it's easy to clean and it is sooooo squishy! Such a good surface for babies to play and learn on and even though our baby is now too big and active to be confined to any one area we still use it heaps. We actually use it instead of our yoga or stretch mats because it is so much more comfortable and less slippery. Everyone who comes over to play always remarks that it looks so nice and is so comfy to sit on... because let's face it-gone are the days of having friends round to sit at a table or even on the couch... now we sit on the floor (mat) and try to prevent our kids from killing each other whilst we attempt to have a million conversations that we never get even half way though. If you have to sit on the floor, at least have something good looking and squishy under your toosh.

We bought this mat a few years ago for my daughter and we are now using one with our 10 week old son. It is the perfect mat from birth and my 3 year old still loves using it. It has the perfect amount of cushioning for when they are learning all those firsts so they don't bump their faces or heads. It has bright patterns and colours that Children really love and it is double sided which is good to change it up. It being waterproof is also amazing for a quick clean up for all of the accidents and spills that happen. It doesn't slide or move around on the floor and will be used in our house for many more years to come. We Couldn't be more happy with this purchase :).

I've been using this for few months now and does impressed by the quality of the mat. Love the colour and educational pictures on the mat and the fact that it is so easy to clean is a big bonus. One big piece is good as compared to the puzzle floor mat which toddler can easily take them off and the waterproof function is useless since water can get down through the gaps. The only star I'm not giving is the weight of the mat. It's quite heavy and as I do vaccum and cleaning at least once a week is quite tiring when removing the mat from the floor.

One of the best things we have bought since having our daughter. So many pro's to these mats and I absolutely love how easy to clean it is with a vacuum and mop. The colours and designs are bright and beautiful with lots of choice to suit any home and family. Our house is mostly tiles so it has made it much easier for my daughter to sit up and crawl and because of the cushioning its much nicer to sit on the ground with her to play aswell. The design we chose has animals on one side with the name written beside them and on the other side it has the alphabet so they it is also educational. I honestly can't recommend highly enough.

Best thing I have bought and a parent 6 years later and we still use it for dinner time and playtime. Brilliant product.

I got one of these mats for a present for my first child , it was amazing for tummy time, spills, mess and I even used it for a second time . It's extremely easy to clean, the kids love the colours . My son learnt the alphabet off the Matt while his brother was doing tummy time. Would recommend this to everyone

This play mat is great, it is so soft compared to other play mats, it is waterproof so spills and cleaning are both quick and easy, it is good to have something soft to be able to get down on the ground and interact with bub (my parents can also do this quite comfortably), I was initially worried that the mat may tear from kids pushing down on toy cars while playing however that worry quickly dissipated when I realised this was not an issue. Would highly recommend SoftMats to anyone.

Got one of these for my little girl when she was about 6 months old and wish I had done it sooner. It's the perfect surface for a baby to lie on, learn to roll, sitting, crawling and now walking. We have another similar product and vastly prefer the bubba mat for comfort and texture. It also seems to hold up a little better with pets.

I bought this for my first born and I'm so glad I did. It has protected her from the many bumps and falls a baby would experience as they grow up. The mat is actually quite thick and soft and was perfect for tummy time, rolling around, general play time, nappy changing, and feeding due to its waterproof and simple wipe and clean quality. It's stylish and has a reverse side so it will suit all homes. I've been using it for a while now and Bubba Mat has withstood the test of time and a very active toddler. I'm now using with my newborn and the mat is like brand new after all these years. No wear and tear and no smells. I can't recommend this mat enough. Bear in mind that it is quite large should you need to roll it up and store away.

I brough a bubba mat for my first born as we have tiles. These mats are not only colourful but are made of soft rubber material and are easy to clean away spills and can be used on any surface inside or out. Great for any fun activity.
