Joie Serina 2 in 1 Swing

This swing really has it all and there are so many things to love. The swing is so well made and easy to use - I am so impressed by the quality and the little details. Only three pieces to assemble in what took less than two minutes. The fact you can tilt the swing back onto those rear wheels and wheel it around is an amazing feature that saves your back and gives you flexibility to use this all over the house. I love the way the seat pops off with a very light click of a button and becomes a portable rocker you can use. I also love how easy it is to switch the swinging from side-to-side vs front-to-back by just turning the seat. This swing also has music and soothing nature sounds for bub, plus a night light and vibration in the seat. I love that it can be plugged in and doesn't rely on batteries, but that is also an option if you wish. Joie have really thought of it all and put everything into this one product! My 6 month old girl has really enjoyed the side-to-side swinging motion with toys hanging over her head. The seat is softly padded for a newborn but I was impressed that the harness and seat fabric still fit her comfortably. She is 7kg and the swing has a weight limit of 9kg so I am sad that she won't get to use this for much longer. I have also noticed that when she swings front-to-back that she seems to be less balanced on the seat - not sure if that's due to weight or design, but I've been afraid to let her swing that way for too long. I love pretty much everything about this swing but if I had to change anything, I would prefer some better musical tunes as the ones included are a bit odd (pretty sure some are wedding songs) and maybe some more interesting toys. That being said I do like that it's a solid handlebar as it makes it easier to attach other toys that are more colorful and interactive for bub. All in all, if you are in the market for a swing, I highly recommend this one. It is so handy to have a place for your baby to enjoy the world while awake, so you can have a cup of tea or do the dishes.

This swing has been a godsend so far! It's been an amazing safe place for my newbie with my rowdy toddler around. I'm able to buckle bub in and know that with the height of the swing he can't be sat on by his big brother who's still getting used to how fragile he is. It's saved my arms and back a few times now taking over the swinging motion to settle bub. He definitely prefers the side to side swinging then the forward and back as he can be a bit spewy and you don't usually get that option from other swings. The nightlight is also handy when we have movie nights. I set it to a low glow so I can still see bub but it doesn't interfere with our viewing. My absolute favourite feature though is that I can disconnect the seat from the swing and take bub around the house with me whilst still being able to rock him and use the vibration function that sends him snoozing!
