Uncrack my cracked nipples please!
Reviewed on 26 March 2018
As a mature age first time mumma - my post baby body is all shook up. The art of breast feeding, has not been an easy journey - I have had to do drip-line feeds, demand feeds, self express and more. Some days I feel like a milking cow. Don't get me wrong, motherhood is the greatest gift!!! The love is amazing. But my poor broken, cracked and bleeding nipples - are sad, hurt and needed comfort. The amazing GAIA Nipple Balm - has rescued them. It has helped ease their pain, there soreness, and put them onto the road to recovery... This balm is great for cracked/dry lips too. So easy to use, with a nice scent. So discreet I have one in my nappy bag, for use after feeds on the go... After a few days - my nipples were happy. After 2 weeks they are glowing. Love the GAIA Nipple Balm - love being a mum, love, love, love xxxx

I purchased when I was running low on another brand of nipple cream and this one is just as good if not better ! I also love that it is budget friendly and won’t break the bank

Being a first time mother i had huge difficulty trying to breastfeed my baby as she does not latch on properly creating sore nipples. My nipples even bleed severely making it very painful for me everytime i try to feed my baby. This nipple cream was awesome as it does not have a very strong smell, non too oily neither and it heals my nipple very quickly. I like to put it on before and after each feed and it lessen the pain on my nipple. The best thing is it is edible which makes me comfortable that is is safe if my baby had some on her mouth. Great product to use!

Great

I originally started buying this little pink tube of perfection when my now 18 month old was born and I've bought several tubes since. I liked that it was safe to leave on and not have to wash off before feeds (what baby wants to wait?). It smells neutral and absorbs really easily. I use reusable breastpads and I never noticed any staining or residue. I was never quite as diligent with nipple balm as I intended, but it is a great all purpose balm. I've now used it as lip balm and on my dry, cracked hands through two winters. I will probably continue to buy this product long after I finish breastfeeding (I actually can't remember when I last used it for the intended purpose). It probably looks weird that I'm always pulling nipple balm out of my bag, but I'm so used to it now!

It does not help healing cracked nipples
Reviewed on 02 August 2017
I bought this when I had my newborn. Due to being a new mother my baby was unable to latched on properly creating very sore cracked nipples. I used this product finding it not really helping with cracked nipples, it is a good balm for preventing cracks but not actually healing crack, which does not matches what the cover says. A bit dissapointed and went for a substitute which is much better. Not worth to get one if you are looking for something to heal your "already sore" nipples.

I purchased this nipple balm originally because it was much more affordable then other brands on the market but found it to be fantastic. It really helped my sore cracked nipples while learning to breastfeed my baby, it has a nice feel and you don't need to wash it off before feeding bub. It's full of organic products (sunflower, avocado and carrot seed oils) it has a nice subtle scent to it and I foundit really soothed my sore nipples and helped them heal.

A little bit of relief
Reviewed on 02 August 2017
I was gifted this product at my baby shower, and took it in my hospital bag. It proved to be fantastic - it helped to relieve my sore and cracked nipples, and gave them a bit of a chance to heal. Obviously there is no instant fix when learning to feed, but it worked as best as can be expected. I love that it has no nasties in the formula, meaning you can breastfeed with confidence after using it. For a small tube it surprisingly goes a long way.
