These were perfect for labour and after.... breathable, fit well, strong enough to hold a massive maternity pad and perinatal ice packs and so convenient in that i could just throw them away after. the midwife even commented as to how practical they were! the only draw back was when using maternity pads with a sticky underside, the stick came through the mesh and would stick to the bed or my nightie, so i would recommend getting maternity pads like the hospital with no stick and no wings. this wasnt a deal breaker, just a bit annoying. i will definitely be using these next time and adding them to baby shower gift packs!

Bought this in preparation for my labor and I know the horrors of much blood/ period and the pain of being too busy and have not much time to wash your undies and if gets too dirty, you can throw it and have no remorse over it. So this is a heaven sent product that is not also easy to put on, it is made from very BREATHABLE materials that really makes it easier down there or especially when you have a CS. Mind you, this can be washed and used over and over again (not just once or twice).

I have used these for two pregnancies (both c-section) and found them to be fantastic. They are stretchy and fit well, especially over the surgical site. They are also reasonably priced which is a bonus. Would highly recommend!

These are great especially for after birth Not too hot and stuffy in them making it comfortable not like those hard tissue paper towel feeling. After use just throw away mo mess and no fuss

Having to have an elective c-section with my second daughter these were amazing after my surgery as they sat above my incision, there breathable and even better there machine washable. A must have after surgery

I bought these due to the fact that there was a chance of ending up with a C section, as it happened a C section was not required. However, I found these to be a hassle free and convenient option for the first week after my daughter was born, with the added bonus of being able to throw them out if required. Super comfy, priced fairly and they fit really well, could not be happier with the purchase. Highly recommended wish these were around for my other four babies.

As a second time mother I came across these disposable underwear prior to going in for a planned C Section. Excellent for longer stays as you can simply throw them away and negates the need for lots of washing. They fit well above a C Section Incision and are easy to remove. I would however love to see them come in Black and if possible larger sizes become available. I am a Size 14-16 and found these to be quite snug in the hip area.
