- Wheels: The City Elite offers all-terrain .The all-terrain wheels and front wheel suspension work in unison to give you full control on where and how you go while keeping your little one comfortable. Front swivel/lockable wheel. 12" quick release wheels.
- Travel System: The City Elite can become a travel system in a heartbeat. Just choose the Car Seat Adapter that matches your car seat, snap it in and your travel system is ready to go.
