Philips Avent Straw Cup 340ml

I purchased this straw cup for my daughter to transition her from a sippy cup. I found the lid really hard to twist always took 2 or 3 goes. I found the idea of the straw retracting into the lid great the only thing I found was my daughter would chew the straw and the rubber would break off. This resulted in the cup being thrown out. New straws can be purchased but I didn't want my daughter eating the rubber from the straw.

The Avent Straw cup is so cute, I couldn't resis buying it for my little one. The cup is a great size for thirsty toddlers and the liquid measurements on the side are really handy for keeping track of their drink intake. The design is cute and the straw is great for active kids. It has a unique twist top lid that clicks into place when it is closed. I found that the lid was quite difficult to remove, this is great for toddlers as they cannot open it and tip it out, but not so great for cleaning! Unfortunately we have also experienced some leaking. Overall, it is not the best cup, but definitely not the worst!
