Silver Cross Wave Pram

As first time parents, me and my husband had no idea where to start when looking for a pram ! Our LO is 7 months old and the best decision we have ever made was purchasing the wave pram ! It is so easy to pack away in the car and even easier to re assemble ! It has so many features but my favourite has to be the large basket which allows for all my shopping when hubby isnt with me ! Its sturdy, easy to maneuver, comes with great accessories for all weather conditions, such as bug nets and rain covers etc. Has a cup holder for my morning stroll and extreamly comfy seats( i literally give my daughter her naps in the pram, AND she sleeps for 2 hours!) I can keep on going ! But best of ALL is the fact that if we have another bub we can keep our pram and just add the additional seat ! I cant recommend the wave enough.

My little one loves the pram and loves that she can face who's pushing her or face forward. Easy to set up and store. Love the adjustable handle for pushing. Great pram.

I could rave on about this pram all day! Although it is an expensive pram it comes with all the features and accessories you’d normally have to purchase separately. My husband and I were so confused as to what pram to buy as soon to be parents. We tested and tried a range of different prams and in the end couldn’t go past the Silver Cross Wave. My husband was set on the wave from the beginning. Being 6’5” his shins would hit the base of most other prams while pushing it except the Wave. The handlebar also extends outwards with 5 different height settings. We also couldn’t go past the functionality and quality design. With it’s large wheels feels incredibly sturdy to wheel around on sealed or unsealed roads. Our daughter transferred from her car seat to the carry cot without any fuss and straight back to sleep. The comfort and vent system of the carry cot made it easy to use as an overnight bassinet up until she was 6 months old. Our daughter is now in the seat which features a five point harness and an unbelievably comfortable seat. We’ve found it extremely simple to adjust the angle she sits at, being able to choose from 3 different recline positions using a leaver at the back of the seat. Another great feature is the double pram system. Instead of it being widened to fit two children it’s stacked which makes it easier to access tighter areas. The pram is quite heavy and takes up a lot of room in the boot of the car which I could see people being turned off by. Although, I think the durability, functionality and quality far outweighs this. Eight months on and I still constantly get compliments on my pram from friends and strangers. Everything about the pram has been precisely thought out. I highly recommend the Silver Cross to anyone.

We purchased this pram as first time parents for our newborn and couldn’t be happier! Versatile, super stylish and has the opportunity to grow with our family, when we decide to expand. Very sturdy and I love how the Carry Cot has the ventilation vents, which makes it safer for sleeping.

I’ve been using this for 4 months now & it is worth every dollar paid. The push & turn are so smooth, material is just amazing, easy to set up & pack into the car, my baby is so comfortable in the seat. & the shopping basket is huge! Can’t wait to use the double feature.

We took a few months to look at which pram to purchase, trialing and looking at the shops. Came across Silver Cross at a baby fair and checked out their Wave pram. The few features that we decided to purchase the Wave are: 1) the bassinet - the built of the bassinet which tough suit case material, we checked other brands which mainly only a thin piece of wood. 2) the bassinet also comes with ventilation underneath which a lot of expensive pram doesn’t have that features. 3) the pram is sturdy when pushing around, no issue up hill or going on bumpy road or humps. I feel safe putting baby in there. 4) instead of buying accessories, it comes with everything you need, the raincover, bug net, cup holder, apron and hood and etc! 5) We only have one baby for now, we like the design of the pram that baby is sitting higher up and not near the ground. Last but not least, our boy is now 8 months old, he loves to be in the pram. He always enjoy and would be able to sit in his pram comfortably everytime when we are out and about. And when he is asleep, we just adjust his seat to lie flat. It is all worth it when we see him sitting comfortably in the pram.

Great stable pram. We chose this pram to future proof as it has both a bassinet and seat it is ready for bub #1 and bub #2 in the future as the pram can fit the bassinet and seat at the same time with adaptors provided. It also has the mosquito nets, raincovers and footmuffs which for other brands you would need to purchase separately and overall cost would be higher than this wave package. I love all the different configurations you can have with both back and forward facing. The other main reason for choosing this pram is most other 2 seat prams are extra wide for 2 seats to sit side by side, or if the 2 seats are 1 in front and 1 behind, often the lower seat has the 2nd childs feet in the basket which removes all storage space in the pram. This is not the case with the Silver Cross Wave. The handlebar also extends so tall people can use this pram with ease. It can be a heavy pram for some, with the chassis itself being around 10kg. Bassinet an additional 4.5kg and main or tandem seat 4kg. It is also quite large taking up all our boot space. In order to transport, the bassinet/seats need to be removed from the chassis before collapsing. I would be weary if this needed to fit into a small car. I would have liked to be able to have the seat provided at the front/bottom and bassinet at the back/top but this configuration only seems to be available when you purchase the 2nd "tandem" seat. The main seat provided can only be placed in the top position. Overall bub seemed to like the bassinet and now enjoys the chair, it is comfortable and stable. We have it in the top or middle position. She can sleep in it or drink her bottle while the seat reclines to 3 different angles.

So impressed with the Silver Cross Wave Pram. We only have one baby and we upgraded to the Wave because we fell in love with the craftsmanship, quality and comfort! Plus points for us include seat reclines flat, ventilation mesh in the hood, spacious basket for our shopping, and that all accessories such as rain hood, cup holder etc are included. It also gives such a sturdy, smooth ride and steers so well. Easy to fold up although the only downside is it is still quite big folded up and fills up our boot space but we had purchased it with that in mind. Would still recommend in a heartbeat!

I bought this pram when I found out I was pregnant with baby number two, with only 15 month between my two I wanted a pram I could switch around the seats to how ever I wanted them, baby down the bottom in the bassinet and toddler at the top facing me, or toddler at the bottom facing out and baby in the bassinet at the top. I wanted to be able to change around the seats to suit me, and this pram is perfect for that. Not only is it extremely luxurious and super comfortable for my babies, it’s super easy to use and move around. It is a little bit long when it’s used as a double but it’s still easy enough to move around corners and get around things. I love the magnetic hood and the air vents! All in all I couldn’t have chosen a better pram for me and my family

I always wanted a silver cross because of the quality so was very happy when the wave came out offering a double option. The quality and craftsmanship of the pram is second to none and it is incredibly easy to put up and down. It is also sturdy to push which was very important to us.
